Quotes and reservations
Website prices are starting points. A date is not reserved until the final scope, price, and booking confirmation are accepted.
Deposit and payment
A deposit may be required to secure the booking. The confirmation will state the deposit amount, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods.
Venue access and setup
The client is responsible for confirming suitable venue access, setup times, required permissions, and a safe operating area for the agreed equipment.
Changes and cancellations
Please request changes as early as possible. Availability and pricing may change when the date, venue, timing, equipment, or production scope changes.
Outdoor events
Outdoor plans may require weather protection and a safe power plan. Event-day changes may be necessary when conditions could affect guests, crew, or equipment.
